Of all of the things I could do for my birthday, I elected to go to the SnB at the MCA and THEN dinner with the husband. So glad I did. Everyone I have met there has been so nice, interesting, and passionate about knitting. It's so great to walk into a place knowing you already have something in common with everyone in the room.
It is confirmed: we are going to the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival! I have convinced my husband, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and niece that it will be tons of fun. (If there are funnel cakes there, at least a couple of people will be happy.) I can't wait!
Well, I'm off to warmer climes.
